Humorous and witty which makes a customer feel comfortable. The owner, Bobby is very understanding, knowledgeable and very customer oriented. The UAR staff is very knowledgeable, polite and caring of their work ethics as well. Bobby and Brent have always treated me with the utmost respect, explained my car problems and have been very fair as to pricing.
