Took my car in to Ultimate to fix a problem another shop had already taken a try at. It was diagnosed quickly and I received pictures and a couple videos to actually see the problem that I could only hear before. I thought this was pretty cool. I was told the repair would be a couple day turn around which seemed to be fair to me. This meant the weekend without my car. I got a phone call Friday afternoon to say the job was done and could come get the car. That was nice. Bobby keeps the shop in great shape and all the service guys I talked with were all great also. Thanks guys.
